Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Commission + Bonuses
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Outside Personal Lines Sales Producer to drive new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement. This full-time role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and consistently hitting sales targets. Work remotely or from the Virginia Beach office.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Build strong relationships with centers of influence
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Expand existing accounts through cross-selling
- Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline
- Participate in ongoing training and development
What You Need
- 5+ years of proven sales experience
- Virginia P&C License
- Strong networking & relationship‑building abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in remote or office settings
- High ethical standards and client‑first mindset
